This feature is a great productivity tool for ensuring timely responses and that you always get an answer. Simply set a due date for when you need a reply by, if the recipient doesn’t responded by then, PaT will trigger a series of ongoing reminders until they do.

You can customize the frequency of these reminders based on urgency—options include every hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours.
