Yes. The per-user price scales with headcount, and hosting and support is a separate monthly figure per organisation — $500 at 1–10 staff, rising to $3,000 at 201–500.

Are professional services required?

No. They are available if you want design and planning help ($110 USD/hr) or implementation and administration ($50 USD/hr), with bulk discounts. Onboarding itself follows a proven process.

What is included at each tier?

Every module. The tiers differ by price per user, not by feature set — there is no edition where Strategy Documents or the LMS are withheld.

What if we have more than 500 staff?

Pricing is on application, as a tailored package.
